Playa del Coco, Homes, Condos and Beach Front Lots for Sale

A 20 minute car ride from the outskirts of Barra de Navidad lies “Playa del Coco” (CoconutBeach) and why wouldn’t it be called that?  It lies adjacent to what is reportedly the largest coconut plantation in the world.

A lack of hotels and currently only 2 local restaurants on this stretch of open-ocean non-swimming beach, means that this area appeals more to people who like to keep away from it all, but with reasonable access to amenities, should they desire so.  A 10 minute drive will take you to the town of Colimilla, with its lagoon side seafood restaurants, 20 minutes will get you to Barra de Navidad. The Grand Bay Resort and golf course is also only a few minutes past Colimilla.   
  
In recent years the majority of real estate within that area gained title and as such it has become a very popular location for beachfront homes. New homes are being built along that beach now with regularity.  We currently have listed several lots and homes in the gated community of “Musica del Mar”, as well as beach property, suitable for a vacation home.
